“Created for Fresh Pasta” is made up of three extraction flours, obtained from the milling of carefully selected soft wheat from Emilia, combined with a 100% Italian Durum Wheat Semolina.
These flours are produced to meet the needs of all pasta makers, from artisanal laboratories to industrial manufacturers.
They allow the production of fresh pasta, filled pasta, and bronze-drawn pasta with excellent cooking stability.
The finished products maintain a bright color for days, without turning grey.
